    I purchased one Sumersible pump 1.5 HP from your dealer/ Agent M/S Oswal Hardware & Mill Store , WZ-489, Shiv Market, Wazirpur,Delhi-110052 vide their bill no. 10741 dt.07.11.2016 pump serial no.11057742006 , I have already send two times the said pump to your service Centre M/Shiva Engineering Works Geeta Colony Delhi for repair . Now again pump out of order & again I send their for repair who gave me estimates Rs.2700 vide their job card no. 3688.
    I am very surprised as I paid extra amount to purchase your product instead of Crompton or Kirloskar make due to good quality as per Preview as well as market reports. After using the said pump the period of app.20 months I send two time earlier & third time now , the quality is poor & seem manufacturing defects.
    You are requested to to look into matter & replace the said pump immediately otherwise I shall no option to file the complaint to consumer forum.

    I bought the KSB pump 01 HP on dated 08.06.2019 and the pump is very heated from same day it's tripped after 5 minute many time we call on your customer care toll free no but no reply please do needful emidiate other wise we will complaint in consumer forum
