ReplyDeleteI brought hero Optima (Electric Scooty) in 31st November 2019 from Mexx World, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053, West Bengal, India. Within One Month battery started draining and poor mileage. I complain to the dealer they check and change battery within 10 days. After 15 days the problem comes again. I complain again and they change my battery again within 15 days. After one month the problem start again. The battery is draining very fast. Unfortunately, Lockdown is happened is hare so, can’t communicate with the showroom or dealers. But, is battery change is only solution of this problem? How many times I change it? Now a days this is going to my headache. After One year Battery Warranty will expire then what I will do? I feel cheated form the company. In the time of purchasing they told me mileage is around 50-60 KM per charge but I never reach that goal, even not half of that properly. Please help me out. I want my money back.
ReplyDeleteSir before six days have been left my bike hero electric optima for service compliant as not working two way switch b1 b2 ,n not working charging port only through battery ,n auto accelerate when key is on it moves automatically , first day they said LL resolve in 2 days k . After 2 days they said no technician available come to next day ,like he said six days till . After they resolved n handed over to me with out self examination . Before readied my byk is in well condition only few faults to solve , now my byk is not working properly front break is not release rear break is not work , I said to him before take delivery he replied it LL solve by automatically by driving . It is not an answer . Very bad , while driving byk is not run before getting service byk running smoothly .now it moves 0,50,51 ,52 wise ,acceleration should be in 0,1,2,3,-50,51 like but it moves hardly very worst , within 5 km distance battery disconnected 3 times for 2 r 3 mins every time , suddenly battery in silence display 30 volts 25 volts like , bull shit , please resolve it , they don't take any further action , break spring is not fixed , screws n nuts not fixed ,noise is there but they didn't care about it , before getting service only 3 faults now every parts get damaged n not fixed properly , very worst , they don't have complete knowledge about it , then hoew they resolve those probs , really I worsen by them why I choosen this product n feel I simply waste my money ,people ask me is it right to buy is it worthy like I said before is it good but now I won't say like because service is very worst only thing they didn't have training n required knowledge. N they don't handle with care . Product is good .
